This site resulted from my habit of posting my kid's quotes on Facebook. People kept responding to them and saying "you should write a book!" Well, it's the digital age, so I did what any Mama 2.0 would do...I started a web site.
Bitty Blurts is a place to share the weird, hilarious, and downright wise things our children say. Parents already know that "kids say the darndest things," but when you spend all day talking to people under three feet tall, it gets a little tricky to share your child's genius. This is the place to do just that!
Anyone can send in their kids' quotes by using the "submit" page. They are moderated and the favorites will be uploaded to the Bitty Blurts site.
Of course, we all know our little darlings are the most amazing people in the world, but we like a little validation. Feel free to leave comments (also moderated) on your favorite kids' quotes to let others know how hilarious/insightful/etc. their kiddos are!
Sometimes parenting is hard and frustrating and overwhelming and crazed and freaky. Other times, however, it is hilarious and awesome and inspiring and amazing. This site is to distract you from the first and remind you of the second.
